About Us

This project is for a new two-story 'Craftsman' style home on a Venice walk-street. The client requested an open plan with a traditional front porch for maximum indoor-outdoor living on the main level.
Three bedrooms, two full baths, study and home office are on the upper level.

This is a major two storey addition and patio area for a 'Tudor' style home in Bel-Air.

The family needs to expand their home to accomodate the needs of four young children. The design provides additional bedrooms, a remodeled master suite, and a large informal kitchen family room that opens to the pool and new patio areas.

The client has a 1920's craftsman bungalow on a double lot on a Venice walk-street. The project is for a separate studio/guest house and garage on the property. This design takes advantage of views to the mature trees and established garden. The style is a simple post and beam modern structure which will provide a minimalist backdrop to the craftsman house in front.

This project is to double size of a small two story house. The existing home is a two story carriage house built in a 'Victorian' style in 1908 and moved to this site in the 1930's.
The design expands upon the original details of the home while providing a spacious open plan on the lower level and a second floor master suite that opens to a large roof deck.

This project for a young family expands the floor area with the addition of two bedrooms, a family room, remodeled kitchen and new laundry area.
This design achieves the needs of the client in keeping with the scale of the original cottage.
