Cerro Gordo Residence
Kitchen - Dining
The original home dates back to the mid 19th century.
An 'acequia' on the property provides water for an orchard of apple, pear,
cherry and peach trees overlooking the Santa Fe River and the foothills of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains.
PaysonDenney Architects helped the owner convert a collection of small, dark rooms into a light filled home with a mix of small intimate spaces and large spaces which allow for frequent large, casual gatherings.
PaysonDenney Architects has worked closely with Santa Fe's Historic Design Review Board on projects such as this since 1993.
